1. What’s hair color?

Our hair is natural color. There are natural black and natural brown. Normally, we send at random if there is no remark from customer. If you want to receive a definite color, please remark when you place order or leave us message.

2. What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is the highest grade of human hair which is hair collected from young donors directly and not collected from the floor. Every bundle comes from a single donor! To qualify as virgin hair, the hair should not been chemical treating including dyed, bleached or colored, not been straightened, curled, ironed, neither. Virgin hair is cuticle intact. It can be durable used and last for one to two years with proper care.

3. How many bundles do I need?

3-4 bundles are necessary for a full look according to head size and your preference. We suggest 3 bundles for 8~16 inches, 4 bundles for 18~22 inches, 5 bundles for 24~28 inches.

4. How to make payment?

There are several payment options: PayPal, Western Union, and Bank Transfer. If you choose to pay by PayPal, please use a registered PayPal account in order to make an eligible payment.

5. How long can I receive my package?

Normally, we process your order within 24 hours (except holidays). It takes 2-6 working days ship to USA/CA/EASTERN EUROPE, 4-8 working days ship to AFRICA/SOUTH AMERICA and 15-30 working days ship to ITALY/RUSSIAN/OTHER REGIONS. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact us. We will try our best to help you.
